Our Mission

Our mission is to address racism and injustice in our community through education and dialogue which is initiated, supported, and facilitated by youth.

By educating ourselves and initiating stimulating conversation, we actively continue the cycle of positive change. Our goal is to bring together people of different backgrounds and mindsets, to engage in difficult conversations that facilitate understanding and promote both individual and community growth. We wish to represent passionate minds and voices and encourage thinking for oneself.

Our vision is that all members of our community will be consciously aware of racial injustices and will have the knowledge and passion to educate others, to stand up to intolerance, to respect differences, and create a community that is welcoming to all.

We value the fact that there is always something new to learn and something new to share. We encourage thinking, learning, and listening for oneself by providing a safe space where confidentiality, nonviolence, and being judgement-free are our top priorities.
